  • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Autism Support Coach’s website, programs, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

  • We provide two distinct categories of services:

  • 1. Parent Coaching / “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) Program – Nationwide

  • Nature of Service:
    The Parent Coaching / AMA Program is an educational membership for parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children. It provides general behavioral strategies, parenting guidance, and skill-building recommendations.

  • Scope & Limitations:

  • Not ABA Therapy: This program is not Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is not regulated by state licensing boards, and is not considered a medical service.

  • No Diagnosis or Treatment Planning: We do not diagnose medical or developmental conditions, prescribe interventions, or create individualized treatment plans under this service.

  • Educational Purpose Only: Strategies provided are general in nature; you are responsible for deciding how and whether to implement them.

  • HIPAA Not Applicable: This program is not a HIPAA-covered service. While we take privacy seriously, communications may occur over non-HIPAA platforms.

  • No Emergency Services: The AMA Program is not for crisis intervention. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

  • Eligibility:

  • Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

  • Intended for parents or legal guardians purchasing for themselves or for a minor child.

  • Delivery Format:

  • Group platform for posting questions and receiving responses during scheduled office hours.

  • Weekly live “Ask Me Anything” video call, with replays available.

  • Access to a library of prior Q&A sessions and shared resources.

  • Payment & Renewal:

  • Subscription billed monthly in advance.

  • Auto-renews unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

  • Cancel anytime via your account; no prorated refunds for partial months.

  • 2. BCBA-Led ABA Therapy & Respite – Virginia Only

  • Nature of Service:
    Licensed ABA therapy and BCBA-led respite services provided exclusively to residents of Virginia by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine.

  • Scope:

  • Medical Service: ABA therapy is a medically recognized treatment and may be considered medically necessary.

  • Intake & Assessment Required: Services begin only after a formal intake, assessment, and treatment plan approval.

  • HIPAA Covered: These services are HIPAA-covered activities, and all Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled accordingly.

  • Delivery Methods: In-home, community-based, or telehealth via HIPAA-compliant platforms.

  • Eligibility:

  • Virginia residents only.

  • Must complete intake documentation and agree to a treatment plan.

  • Payment:

  • May be billed to insurance or paid privately.

  • Governed by a signed ABA therapy service agreement.

  • 3. HIPAA Applicability

  • Applies To: ABA therapy and BCBA-led respite services for Virginia clients under a signed service agreement. All PHI is protected according to HIPAA.

  • Does Not Apply To: Parent Coaching / AMA Program participants nationwide. While we take measures to safeguard your personal information, communications in coaching programs may occur over platforms such as Facebook Groups, Slack, Circle, Zoom, or Voxer, which are not HIPAA-compliant.

  • 4. General Terms Applicable to All Services

  • User Conduct:
    You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to post harmful or defamatory content, or to infringe upon the rights of others.

  • Technology Use:
    You are responsible for having the necessary technology and internet connection to access services. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

  • No Guarantee of Results:
    We make no guarantees as to specific outcomes for any service provided. Individual results vary.

  • Intellectual Property:
    All materials provided, including recordings, templates, and written resources, are the property of Autism Support Coach and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

  • Payment Disputes:
    You agree not to initiate payment disputes for services already delivered.

  • 5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autism Support Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

  • 6. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autism Support Coach, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another’s rights.

  • 7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • 8. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date updated accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
